Resolution of the Member’s Council

On 11th  March 2023, the Member’s Council passed the Resolution No. MC2023-03 and MC2023-04, the detailed information is attached.

According to the Member’s Council Resolution, Mr. Masafumi Takeshita, current Head of Corporate Planning and Risk Management of the Company, will complete his position effective from 24/03/2023 and Mr. Fumihiko Kida is appointed as Head of Corporate Planning and Risk Management  of the Company effective from 03/04/2023 subject to relevant approval of competent authorities.
