Replacement of Head of Corporate Planning and Risk Management of the Company

By the Resolutions No. MC2023-03 on 11th March 2023, the Member’s Council approved that Mr. Masafumi Takeshita, current Head of Corporate Planning and Risk Management of the Company, will complete his position effective from 24/03/2023 and Mr. Fumihiko Kida is appointed as Head of Corporate Planning and Risk Management of the Company effective from 03/04/2023.
