Re-appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Dai-ichi Life Vietnam Fund Management Company Ltd. (DFVN) discloses that Mr. Tran Chau Danh is re-appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam Fund Management Company Ltd. (DFVN) in accordance with the Resolution of the Member’s Council No. MC2023-06 approved on 12th June 2023. The re-appointment will take effect from 16th June 2023.
